Weekend Work
Should this entry be a confession of all the food I ate this weekend and the NO exercise I did. I woke up this morning deciding not to go to bootcamp.
I hate being scheduled for something sooo early. And I am not especially fond of anyone there.
SATURDAY
Gymboree, AWB crawled into the plastic tunnel by herself. What a major improvement for last time. A trip up to Gloucester because HKB lost his key. Lunch and a walk around the town center. What a cute town center. We may go to the Ansiquam Fair next week--I love those serendipitous things. Then home in a rain storm and out to dinner and shopping with my gal pals.
Breakfast--Liberte strawberry yogurt, Uncle Sam granola bar, no coffee!
Lunch--Fried calamari, cup of chowder (very yummy), fried fish sandwich, iced tea.
Dinner--nachos from CcF, Da Vinci Pasta, 1/2 blackout cake
SUNDAY
Errand day. The dreaded toilet seat issue and the garbage cans. Lowes and then Home Depot. Hanging around the house and then to dinner.
Breakfast--Almond croissant and feta croissant with Iggy's Illy iced coffee.
Lunch--left over pasta da vinci. Heartburn city for most of the afternoon.
Dinner--Chicken with saffron basmati rice, pureed eggplant and some hummus. Chocolate ice cream on a cone.

Week 2
I ran around the track 2.5 times! The .5 was walking. It was super hot on Monday and I didn't go today--heat and humidity. But I am going tomorrow and Thursday, yes.
I printed a bunch of photos and boy do I look big. How did I get to be so big?
I was thinking that it would be nice not to be so big next year. That would be the idea, not the plan. I have no plan as of yet. Let's get through the first week of August and see where we are.

Not so Ultimate
Well I made it to Friday and went to two ultimate bootcamp sessions. I baled on Thursday's because I thought it was going to rain and it ended up just cloudy. Dutifully, I showed up Friday morning only to see no one there.
Did they move to another part of the park and not tell me? I hate being out of the loop.
No, the camp is only 4 days a week.
Nevertheless, I'm tired. I was writing something on a whiteboard on Wednesday and couldn't easy reach the bottom of the board. My legs felt like rocks!
So instead of going to bootcamp, I jogged on the treadmill for 25 minutes. I feel virtuous. And hopefully, I can make it around the field twice next week.
My sister was disappointed that the instructor didn't yell at me but I was relieved that it was just normal fitness instructors and not drill sargents. I don't think I could handle that so early in the morning.

Ultimate Bootcamp?
Well, it looks as if I am now signed up for Ultimate Bootcamp. What am I thinking? I don't think I even own any bottoms that will work for push-ups let alone, doing push-ups.
I just calculated my BMI and it is 34.3. That isn't good.
So what has compelled me to volunteer for UB without really being prepared?
Here is my list:
1. HKB's amazing success story--I think about 60 lbs
2. I saw my gut a few days ago in the mirror and then noticed that my belly is creeping upwards--OMG
3. Photos of me with AWB show me with an enormous belly--OMG
4. No standard clothes fit me, I will definitely be shopping at Lane Bryant soon.
5. I want AWB to be proud of me
6. I want to be able to go down a slide with AWB
But I am such a wuss. I am soo afraid of the pain. But what is a fat girl to do?
